Huh? You had a banner too? I didn't notice, maybe the image failed to load when I was browsing the board yesterday and I didn't see it (though I would've seen the img placeholder...), or it was just a coincidence that I didn't enter any thread page with it? Weird.

Anyways, thanks for removing it, the no banners thing is mainly because of speed; as you may have noticed, this board isn't the fastest you can find in the Net [img]frown.gif[/img] . I still don't regret choosing it; I picked it with members in mind because it seems to have open, easy-going admins which don't mind any kind of contents as long as it's legal, and I want the board to be as free and nice as possible (there's a long story behind this... in the previous Granaboard Message Board, I was asked to mod people for things like posting "f**k", even with asterisks... that was sad).

I still keep a copy of that thing... it is not lost, don't worry Migue... Is true that image slowsdown the board, but for me, it is not a big deal... i've even tested the board in 56 Kbps and goes fine...

1 banne rdoesn't affect much,e specially whent he operson doesn't post much.

1 banner on me or cav or mel would maek a huge difference,a s there are at least 3 of our posts on every page, that's the same abnner repeated at least 3x, and then you add that you'll get animated sigs, and such... it amkes a huge slowdown. Not too mention big sigs do make boards look like shit... that's one of the reaosn I stay away from RPGp and other such places, the goddamn huge sigs amke posts unreadable

The truth is that i have the sigs deactivated there!... i put images in my sig long ago, but one day, i tried to deactivate them, and since then, i haven't turned them on again.
